Delivery Timeframes

Metro cities (Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, etc.)	2–3 business days

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with the tracking number and courier name.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across India. Please note:

• A COD handling fee of ₹30 applies in addition to shipping charges.
• COD orders may take an additional 1-2 business days for processing.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order.
• If the delivery is refused, future COD orders may be suspended.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your order at any time using our Order Tracking page. Enter your Order ID and email address to view real-time updates.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to appear in the courier system.

Packaging

All products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. We use recycled and minimal packaging to reduce waste. Fragile items (glass bottles) are double-wrapped with protective padding.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While rare, shipping delays can occur due to weather conditions, local festivals, or courier issues. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

If an order is confirmed lost by the courier, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
