By using our website or purchasing our products, you ("Customer", "User", "you") agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the website.

2. Use of Website

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes to browse and purchase products. You agree to:

All our products are handcrafted in small batches. As a result:

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay

Patch Test Recommendation

Although all our products are made with natural ingredients, individual sensitivities vary. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any new product on your face or body. Apply a small amount to your inner wrist and wait 24 hours before full application.

4. Orders & Payment

Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or out-of-stock situations
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Pricing errors on the website
• Delivery limitations to certain areas

Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

Payment

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card details.

Coupon Codes

Coupon codes are subject to their individual terms and expiry dates. Only one coupon code may be applied per order. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship pan-India to 27,000+ pin codes
• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999
• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days (metro) to 5–8 business days (remote areas)
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our full Returns & Refund Policy for detailed information. Key points:

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective products only
• Products that have been opened and used cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (unless defective)
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of return approval

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, designs, graphics, and brand name — is the exclusive property of SkinMatters Pure Naturals and is protected under Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkinMatters Pure Naturals shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website
• Adverse skin reactions caused by failure to patch test or pre-existing allergies to disclosed ingredients
• Delays or losses caused by third-party courier services
• Technical issues, downtime, or errors on the website
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the value of that specific order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the Information Technology Act 2000. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
